1) Remove the .htaccess file from the root directory
2) Restart Apache



TIP: REPLACE [] WITH STANDARD HYPERTEXT PROTOCOL.
TIP: REPLACE WHATEVER IS BETWEEN THE [] WITH YOUR INFORMATION.
